Dr. Hemin Sheikh Omar, founder and director of design at Agora Vision and holder of a PhD in Robotics and Intelligent Systems from Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom, presented a special panel on (The Importance of Empowerment Policy in the Future of Artificial Intelligence) at the First Scientific Forum on Cultural Policy.

This forum is being held for the first time in the city of Sulaymaniyah, with the aim of developing and advancing culture in the Kurdistan Region, with the cooperation and coordination of experts in various fields of society.

The First Scientific Forum on Cultural Policy, under the slogan (Culture as a Savior), was supervised by Hama Hama Saeed, Minister of Culture and Youth, and managed by Dr. Mohsin Adib, Director General of Culture and Arts in Sulaymaniyah. At the end of the two-day forum, the recommendations were officially handed over to the Minister of Culture and Youth for support and implementation, and thanks and appreciation were also presented to all panelists.
